BLM approves Native corporation land selection

MONDAY, JULY 7, 2003 The Bureau of Land Management publishes notice today of its approval of a land conveyance to the Kuskokwim Corporation under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act. The corporation will be conveyed about 5,000 acres in the vicinity of Red Devil, Alaska, according to the Federal Register notice. The decision can be appealed through BLM. Claims are due by August 6. Get the Notice:
