Meskwaki faction agrees to creation of election board
THURSDAY, JULY 3, 2003

One faction of the Meskwaki Tribe of Iowa has agreed to the creation of an election board.

The board could help resolve the tribe's lingering leadership dispute. Two rival groups are battling for control of tribal programs and the casino, which is currently shut down.
