A group of 21 investors has contributed $10.5 million to a casino project in California, The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Philadelphia mayoral candidate Sam Katz disclosed the names of his partners in the Lytton Band of Pomo Indians project. A total of $15 million has been spent on the casino, with additional funds coming from the Rumsey Tribe.

In 2000, Congress passed a law to take land into trust in the Bay Area for the Lytton tribe, which wants to convert a card club into a full-fledged Class III casino.
