A fund-raising concert for the American Indian Cultural Festival in New Mexico didn't go off as planned and people involved are blaming the promoter.

The event, sponsored by the Farmington Inter-Tribal Council, featured country music performer Ronnie Milsap. He was to play two shows on Saturday night but problems arose when the promoter didn't show up to the venue, according to The Farmington Daily Times.

When Will Tsosie failed to pay Milsap and his road crew, the road crew left, nearly wrecking the first performance. The second show had been canceled due to lack of ticket sales.
