Colo. license plate to raise money for scholarships

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 25, 2003 The state of Colorado has created a license plate to raise scholarship money for Indian college students. The Native American Scholar plate features a medicine wheel in four colors. It can be purchased from the Rocky Mountain Indian Chamber of Commerce. Get the Story:
