Conn. tribe undertaking major casino expansion

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 25, 2003 The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut is announcing plans to expand its successful casino. Work on the $100 million project will get underway following the July 4 holiday. It will entail a 120,000-square-foot addition of gaming, retail and entertainment space and a 2,100-car parking garage. Get the Story:
