WEDNESDAY, JUNE 18, 2003 The National Congress of American Indians is sponsoring a project to increase Native participation in the upcoming 2004 elections. Native Vote 2004 seeks to increase registration and turnout at the polls. In some recent races, Native voters have made a difference. Get the Story:
