Cherokee Nation court dismisses election case

The Cherokee Nation Supreme Court dismissed a challenge to the Oklahoma tribe's recent election.

Principal chief Chad Smith was re-elected but some of the defeated candidates alleged voter irregularities. The court held a five-day hearing to address the claims.
