MONDAY, JUNE 16, 2003 Two Senate Democrats have written letters to President Bush, urging him to work with both political parties on nominations to the Supreme Court. Rehnquist and Justices John Paul Stevens and Sandra Day O'Connor. Sens. Patrick J.
