The state of Wisconsin and the Ho-Chunk Nation still can't resolve a land swap involving a former ammunition plant.

The state has offered the tribe 75 acres in exchange for 1,200 acres within the defunct Badger Ammunition Plant. The tribe owns a total of 1,500 acres of culturally significant land at the old plant.
