S.D. tribe to study agricultural development

MONDAY, MAY 19, 2003 The Lower Brule Sioux Tribe of South Dakota will study agricultural development options with the support of the state. The tribe will study a proposed meat-processing operation and a proposed turkey-processing plant. S.D. Gov. Mike Rounds (R) wants to promote the state's agricultural industry in hopes of boosting the economy. Get the Story:
