FRIDAY, MAY 16, 2003

The Tohono O'odham Nation of Arizona will become the sixth tribe in the country to form its own boxing commission.

The tribe's three-man commission, which follows state standards, will go to work tonight in a fight between Anulfo Castillo and Omar Bernal, both of Mexico. The bout will take place at the tribe's casino.

Also on the bill is Ray Martinez, a member of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe. He will fight Humberto Velasquez.
