Shooting on Pine Ridge Reservation investigated

THURSDAY, MAY 15, 2003 The Bureau of Indian Affairs, the FBI and the Oglala Sioux tribal police are investigating a shooting on the Pine Ridge Reservation that left a man in critical condition. Jeno Chief, 20, was allegedly shot by Tyler Waters, 20. Authorities are looking for Waters, who alleged fled the scene of the crime. Get the Story:
