Navy to set up new center on O'odham Reservation

WEDNESDAY, MAY 14, 2003 The Navy's Office of Naval Research will set up a new education center on the Tohono O'odham Reservation in Arizona. With the aid of a $200,00 grant, the Autonomous Intelligent Network of Systems Science, Math and Engineering Education Center will be operated by the Tohono O'odham Community College, Pima Community College and the Technology Development & Research Institute. It seeks to increase opportunities for Native students who want to work on military systems. Get the Story:
