WEDNESDAY, MAY 7, 2003 The Department of Veterans Affairs Black Hills Health Care System holds its 9th annual pow-wow in Hot Springs, South Dakota, this Friday. The host drum is Oyate Teca from the Pine Ridge Reservation. Local dance groups will perform. Get the Story:
