Conn. board to consider tribe's water authority

The Southeast Area Water Utility Coordinating Committee will meet this week will discuss a decision to allow the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation to control its water.

The tribe was granted authority to manage water for property it owns. But local officials say this was done without their input.
