The Northern Arapaho Tribe of Wyoming says a federal appeals court decision will help expand their gaming facility.

The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals said the "Magical Irish" machine is a Class II game. The National Indian Gaming Commission contended that the game was more like a Class III slot machine and therefore illegal in Wyoming without a tribal-state compact.

The state of Wyoming won't negotiate a Class III compact with the tribe so the tribe went to court. A federal judge said the tribe has the right to certain Class III games.
