Officials in Canada are planning to deport a man who claims he is Indian.

Charlie Smoke claims Lakota and Mohawk ancestry. He says he lacks citizenship papers because he was born on Mohawk land in Ontario.

But immigration officials say he is really Roger Adams from Tennessee. They have fingerprint and other information to back up the case but Smoke denies he is Adams.
