The Stockbridge-Munsee Band of Mohican Indians of Wisconsin is trying to locate the graves of ancestors using a radar machine used in the military to find land mines.

The machine has already helped the tribe find 30 unmarked graves. The tribe is using it a cemetery that it reclaimed.

The machine is on loan from the Ho-Chunk Nation, also of Wisconsin.
