Seminole's Jim Billie kicked off upcoming ballot

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 16, 2003

Jim Billie, ousted as chief of the Seminole Tribe of Florida, has also been removed from the list of reservation residents released this week.

As a result, Billie can't run for public office but he can still vote. Billie's attorney says Billie maintains a home on the Big Cypress Reservation.
