Conn. tribe's water authority questioned

The state of Connecticut is being asked to delay transferring water authority to the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation.

The tribe's service authority was extended recently to recognize property the tribe owns in fee. But local town leaders say they should have been consulted first and say the move could lead to trust land acquisitions.
