The Department of Interior on Thursday released the operational plan for the Klamath Reclamation Project in the Klamath Basin.

The Bureau of Reclamation believes there will be enough water to distribute among the competing interests: tribes, non-Indian farmers and fishermen. Officials say a water bank make more water available for tribes.

A coalition of tribes, which depend in the basin for fish, environmentalists and fisherman are suing to obtain more water for salmon.
