S.D. police officer who shot Lakota man defended

A police officer in Rapid City, South Dakota, who shot a Lakota man is not racist, Indian acquaintances say.

Marc Black was cleared of wrongdoing in the March 9 death of Lucas Grey Day-Ghost Bear. But Lakota activists have called for the police department to fire him and say racism is an ongoing problem in the city.
