Wash. completes tidelands swap with tribe

TUESDAY, MARCH 18, 2003 The state of Washington completed a land swap with the Suquamish Tribe. The state will get 19.5 acres of tidelands, which tribal members will be able to use for shellfish. The tribe will get 9.5 acres near its tribal headquarters. Get the Story:
