Minn. tribe opens replacement casino complex

TUESDAY, MARCH 11, 2003 The Upper Sioux Community of Minnesota plans to use proceeds from a new casino complex to purchase more land. The Prairie's Edge Casino Resort includes a hotel and convention center. It replaces a 12-year-old facility. Get the Story:
