WEDNESDAY, MARCH 5, 2003 The 30th annual Festival of Native Arts begins at the University of Alaska Fairbanks tomorrow. This year's theme is "Where It All Began." Alaska Native and American Indian artists will have their work on display through Sunday. Get the Story:
