Crow Reservation man pleads not guilty to murder

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2003 A man from the Crow Reservation in Montana pleaded not guilty in federal court to second-degree murder and two other counts. Quinton Bird in Ground, 23, is accused of killing killing Emerson Pickett, 30. He faces life in prison and a $250,000 fine for the murder charge and additional prison time and fines for assault and use of a firearm in a crime of violence. Get the Story:
