DOI says Swimmer ready to answer questions

The Department of Interior says Ross Swimmer is ready to resolve lingering concerns about his nomination as Special Trustee.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that David Bernhardt, Interior's director of congressional and legislative affairs, wrote a letter to the Senate Indian Affairs Committee yesterday disputing the notion that Swimmer has not answered questions posed to him.
