Trial over death of Indian man in S.D. moved

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2003 A South Dakota judge has agreed to move a trial over the death of an American Indian man. Robert "Boo" Many Horses was found dead upside down in an garbage can near the Standing Rock Reservation. Authorities attributed it to alcohol poisoning although this finding was later called into question. Criminal charges against those who were last with Many Horses were dropped. Many Horses' family has filed a civil suit that will proceed May 5. Get the Story:
