The Quapaw Tribe and the Seneca-Cayuga Tribe, both of Oklahoma, have stopped offering a blackjack game at their respective casinos.

The National Indian Gaming Commission told tribes in the state that they may be violating the law by allowing players to compete against the house. The two casinos, which are managed by the same firm, have laid off or reassigned employees.
