Mashantucket Tribe purchases 200 acres

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2003 The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation has purchased 200 acres of land for $921,600, The New London Day reports. A tribal spokesperson said plans for the site, if any, would be announced at a later date. The property is adjacent to land the tribe plans to use for a golf course resort. Get the Story:
