Ariz. students to research Indian medicine

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2003 Students at an Arizona high school have received a $3,000 grant to study traditional Indian medicine. The Presidio High School students will work with Tohono O'odham and Yaqui elders to document the use of the creosote bush. The plant is known for its antibacterial and anti-fungal properties.
