Fired doctors open new Native health clinic

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2003 Three doctors who were fired from an Indian health clinic in Minneapolis, Minnesota, have started a new one, Doug Grow of The Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. The Native American Community Clinic officially opens its doors today. Lydia Caros, Carol Krush and Lori Banaszak used to work at the Indian Health Board Clinic, where "politics within the clinic have been explosive," Grow writes. Get the Story:
