WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 29, 2003 J. Marvin Herrera has been chosen as governor of Tesuque Pueblo in New Mexico for the third time. Herrera has worked 17 years for the tribe, located in northern New Mexico. He has helped the tribe improve its infrastructure and watched its casino become successful. Get the Story:
