Alleged tribe's casino boat docks in Okla.

A group called the Southern Cherokee Nation is seeking a federal permit for a riverboat it wants to turn into a casino.

The 214-foot boat arrived in Oklahoma after 28 days of travel. It has docked at a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers port.
