Omaha reservation boundary in dispute

A dispute over the boundaries of the Omaha Reservation in Nebraska is contributing to tensions among Indians and non-Indians.

Some residents of Pender, which is mostly non-Indian, say their town is not part of the reservation. They say the reservation has been diminished, a claim denied by the Omaha Tribe.
