The Supreme Court website has published the transcripts of oral arguments in the White Mountain Apache Tribe and Navajo Nation trust cases.

Both cases were heard December 2. The Apache case went first and was followed by the Navajo one.

The transcripts do not identify the speaker of the justices. In some cases, the attorney responds by name when a question or statement is posed.
