Latest Peltier ruling a 'disgrace'

An attorney for imprisoned American Indian Movement activist Leonard Peltier said a federal appeals court ruling against him was a "disgrace."

Peltier is serving two consecutive life sentences for the murder of two FBI agents. He sought a reduction to concurrent sentences and a decision in his favor would set him free.
