Old Indian school to be developed

The city of Albuquerque and 19 Pueblo tribes have come to an agreement on the development of the old Albuquerque Indian School in in New Mexico.

The city was opposing the tribes' land-into-trust application. Under the agreement, the tribes will follow the city's planning and zoning regulations in developing the site.

The tribes plan to lease the space for federal offices and commercial space.
