A bill to settle Sandia Pueblo of New Mexico's land claim has still not been passed by Congress.

November 15 was the deadline to settle the 10,000-acre claim to the Sandia Mountains. If the bill isn't enacted, the Pueblo can seek to have the land added to its reservation.
