WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2002 Rodney Lewis, general counsel for the Gila River Indian Community of Arizona, has been named to the transition of newly elected Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano (D). Napolitano narrowly won election over Republican Matt Salmon. She has put together a bipartisan transition team. Get the Story:
