WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2002 The Oglala Lakota Tribe of South Dakota is breaking ground on a new casino today. The 93,000-square-foot Prairie Wind hotel and casino complex is being built next to the existing casino. The first phase is set to open in September 2003. Get the Story:
