An Oneida woman says she has nowhere to live now that her tribe demolished her trailer home on the Oneida Reservation in New York.

Danielle Patterson's trailer was deemed unfit to live in by the tribe. When she tried to prevent officials from inspecting her home, she was arrested for assault.

The tribe agreed to drop charges in exchange for destroying her home. Patterson has three children but is denied tribal housing benefits, according to The Syracuse Post-Standard.
