Alaska village school aide found dead

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2002 A teacher's aide at school in Manokotak, Alaska, was found dead on a village trail. Vicky D. Andrew was submerged in a mud puddle but no foul play is suspected. An autopsy is being performed to determine the exact cause of death. Manokotak has about 400 residents, almost all of whom are Alaska Native. Get the Story:
