Teams arrive for search of tribal member

A systematic search for Russell Turcotte, a member of the Turtle Mountain Ojibwe Tribe of North Dakota, is underway.

Turcotte, 18, was last seen in Grand Forks in July. A non-profit search team has organized an effort in the area.

Horse riders from the Blackfeet Nation of Montana and the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation of North Dakota are helping out.

Turcotte resides in Montana. His mother is a member of the Fort Peck Tribes. His father is Turtle Mountain Ojibwe.
