Wyo. tribe awarded HUD grant

The Department of Housing and Urban Development has awarded a $600,000 grant to the Northern Arapaho Tribe of Wyoming.

The money will be used to construct a human services center. The Northern Arapaho Department of Social Services will house area's food stamp, elder care, child care and other programs.

The tribe shares the Wind River Reservation with the Eastern Shoshone Tribe.
