Ariz. tribal casino manager suspended

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2002 A casino manager for the Tonto Apache Tribe of Arizona is ending a four-month suspension for violating a state-tribal gaming compact. The state Gaming Department originally wanted Jim Gannarelli, the casino general manager, barred for failing to get state certifications for employees. Gannarelli agreed to a retroactive suspension.
