A federal judge on Monday ordered Secretary of Interior Gale Norton to continue to reimburse an Indian trust fund investigator.

Norton and her aides attacked the credibility of court monitor Joseph S. Kieffer III. They questioned bills he submitted for legal work but U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth said the fees had to be paid.
