MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2002 The Northern Plains Tribal Arts 2002 festival wrapped up on Sunday in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The four-day event featured some of the best in Plains art, music and culture. There was a juried art show, a pow-wow and performances by Brule and other musicians. Get the Story:
