Ariz. reservation schools denied funds

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2002 The Arizona Board of Education is withholding more than $30,000 per month from schools on on the Tohono O'odham Reservation. The board said the money will be disbursed when a public school district corrects financial problems. Five schools and about 1,200 students are affected. Get the Story:
